We are a mobile food business delivering birria tacos all over Auckland, New Zealand. We believe that you should enjoy birria your way and provide a range of additional toppings to customize your experience. You can find us at markets around Auckland but are also available for public and private events.

My journey to starting the birria taco business was fueled by a deep passion for enjoying exceptional food, inspired by my travels to over 40 countries. Experiencing diverse culinary traditions gave me a unique appreciation for bold flavors and authentic recipes, which I wanted to share with others. With a background in sports marketing, I have always been dedicated to creating memorable experiences that connect people. This foundation drives me to not only serve delicious birria tacos but also to build a welcoming environment where every visit feels special and engaging for our customers.
